Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Return / Refund Policy

If you have purchased from our online store you will be able to return your goods up to 28 days from delivery. Any return requests must be made known to Prochem Scotland within 14 days from when you received your order, after which you will have a further 14 days to make your return.. Please note that machine returns will only be accepted providing the item is still in its original, unopened packaging and is unused/undamaged.

To return any item it is important that you first let us know by emailing us at sales@prochem-scotland.co.uk. When returning items, please ensure that the goods are returned, wherever possible, in their original packaging with a copy of the invoice enclosed. It is the customer’s responsibility to return any unwanted purchases at their own expense. Prochem Scotland will take no responsibility for the return of the item and strongly recommend that goods are sent via recorded delivery and insured to the value of the full value of the item in case of loss or damage. 

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.

Returns Policy Overview
At Prochem Scotland, we are committed to providing our customers with top-quality
machines and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes issues may arise,
and we want to ensure a smooth and transparent process for handling returns. This Returns
Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns of machines purchased from Prochem
Scotland.

  1. Dimensions and Weight
    Please be advised that, as of 1st March 2024, Prochem Scotland will no longer accept returns
    for machines based on their dimensions or weight. By making a purchase of a machine from
    us, customers accept that they have undertaken the necessary due diligence to ensure that
    the machine’s dimensions and weight align with their requirements and logistical capabilities.
    We encourage all customers to thoroughly review the specifications of the machine before
    making a purchase.
  2. Sales are Final
    All machine sales are considered final once the transaction is completed. Prochem Scotland
    will not accept returns for machines except under the circumstances described in section 3
    below.
  3. Returns for Warranty Repairs
    The only instance in which a return may be initiated is for the repair of a faulty part under
    warranty. If a customer encounters a problem with a machine, they should follow these steps:
  • Contact Prochem Scotland Customer Support immediately at 01475 749910 or
    sales@prochem-scotland.co.uk to report the issue.
  • Our Customer Support team will guide you through the warranty claim process, which may
    involve providing photos, videos, or additional information about the issue.
  • If the issue is determined to be a valid warranty claim, Prochem Scotland will arrange for
    the return of the machine for repair.
  1. Repair and Return
    In the event that a machine requires warranty repair, Prochem Scotland will take the
    following steps:
  • The customer will be provided with instructions for packaging and returning the machine
    to our designated service center.
  • Prochem Scotland will repair the faulty part under warranty.
  • After the repair is completed, the machine will be returned to the customer at our
    expense.
  • Warranty Information
    Please refer to the warranty documentation provided with your machine for details on the
    warranty coverage and terms.
  • Refunds
    Prochem Scotland does not offer refunds for machines except as required by applicable
    consumer protection laws.
